AIRPORT INFORMATION
Checking In
The check in counter opens 4 hours before and closes 90mins
before scheduled departure. This is to enable passengers to
complete the necessary security checks and get to their boarding
gates on time.
Passengers must be in possession of their boarding passes at
this time or will not be allowed on board.
Going Through Security
Please allow plenty of time to go through airport security
checks.
Screening of hand baggage and body checks can take longer due to
increased security especially during peak times.
Boarding The Aircraft
Passengers are required to show their boarding passes to the
cabin crew when boarding the aircraft.
Do remember to have other travel documents such as your
passport readily available.
Lounges
Beside the open lounges for our valued customers, the following
lounges are available for use by our business class passengers:
Adinkra Lounge: Kotoka International Airport
US Airways Lounge: Gatwick Airport (South Terminal)
Open Sky Lounge: Dusseldorf Airport

Additionally, covert security is employed to maintain the safety
of passengers. Regular meetings are held with relevant security
agencies to discuss issues that impact directly on the safety of
our customers.
